Additional text can continue the sales message, we know who we help, we know what problems, issues or dreams they have, but what do we actually do. Many websites lack clarity of message that makes the website incomprehensible. What are you going to do for me, how will my life be better as a result?
If it is relevant to talk about one particular service, sector or department/person, it might be sensible to also add a feedback that is directly relevant, the system will make sure it only calls recent, relevant, promoted feedback:
If you really want to go to town, now the reader is 'engaged'... which they must be to have read this far, how about introducing even more 'Social Proof'? This time lets use a full blown case study to reinforce the message in the form of a non-service specific, promoted mid-copy case study. Notice it looks exactly the same as feedback until you 'Read More'.
If appropriate, you could have opted to place a case study that relates to one or other of the key services offered by the business, in this case ????????
